Shane and I will travel to Otago on Christmas Day, while Cassidy and Charlotte head to Blackball on the West Coast with their Grandparents. Our Children are racing orphans, they have learnt to adapt to the Christmas period of horses and alot of racing.
The Boxing Day races are a twilight meeting, which will make for a long day, hopefully the horses entered can help make it a worthwile trip.

The next meeting to look forward to after Otago is South Canterbury racing on 28/12/2010 at Timaru, Okavango, Bejewelled, Miss Cool are nominated. Wilson Oon will also make his debut as an apprentice jockey, riding Miss Cool and Okavango.
Then Kurow on 30/12/2010 where Sir Ram will most likely be entered.
